🔐 Artemis Privacy Policy

This policy describes the data Artemis Labs, Inc. ("Artemis") collects, how we use it, and the rights you have. It applies to Shareables, Smart Messages, referrals, dashboards, and every public Artemis property.

1. Data We Collect

  • Account data: name/handle, email, password hash, phone (optional), country, timezone, language, and industry.
  • Shareables & Smart Messages: templates you save, personalization fields, campaign schedules, delivery status, opens, clicks, responses, and unsubscribe preferences.
  • Referral & payout data: referral IDs, downline relationships, invoices, balances, payout method, tax forms, fraud flags, and chargebacks.
  • Device & security logs: IP address, browser and device details, coarse location, and authentication metadata for monitoring abuse.
  • Support & feedback: tickets, chat transcripts, surveys, and beta feedback you send us.
  • Cookies & similar tech: essential cookies for authentication, analytics cookies (when enabled) to improve performance, and referral parameters to attribute earnings. See the Cookie Notice for details.

2. How We Use Information

  • Deliver Shareables, Smart Messages, dashboards, referral tracking, and payouts.
  • Personalize recommendations, measure campaign performance, and surface insights.
  • Prevent fraud, spam, and abuse; enforce our Terms; and secure the platform.
  • Provide billing, invoicing, taxation, and compliance reporting.
  • Communicate about product updates, policy changes, and support needs.
  • Run aggregated analytics to improve features and plan new programs.

4. Retention

  • Account and referral records are retained while your account remains active and up to seven years afterward for compliance.
  • Payout and billing data may be kept for seven years (or longer where regulators require).
  • Smart Message content and analytics are deleted or anonymized within 90 days after you delete the campaign or close your account.
  • Support tickets are retained for up to two years to assist with follow-up requests unless you ask us to delete them sooner.

5. Sharing & Processors

Artemis does not sell personal data. We share limited information with service providers who operate under contracts that require confidentiality and security:

  • Stripe (billing, payouts, chargeback management).
  • Cloud hosting (AWS/Vercel) located in the United States.
  • Analytics and error logging vendors for aggregated usage data.
  • Support platforms for tickets, email, and live chat.
  • Compliance vendors for sanctions screening, fraud detection, and tax reporting.

We disclose data when required by law, to protect users, or in connection with a corporate transaction (with notice).

6. Security

Security measures include HTTPS everywhere, encryption at rest, role-based access controls, monitoring of login anomalies, vulnerability testing, and incident response procedures. You should enable multi-factor authentication, use strong passwords, and secure your devices.

7. Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may be able to:

  • Access, correct, or delete your personal data.
  • Export your information in a portable format.
  • Object to or restrict processing.
  • Opt out of marketing communications and analytics cookies.
  • Opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information (CCPA/CPRA).

Submit a request through in-app settings, via the Do Not Sell or Share page, or email privacy@artemisagents.com. We will verify your identity and respond within the deadlines set by law.

8. International Data Transfers

Artemis stores data in the United States. When we transfer data from the EEA, UK, Switzerland, or other regions with data export rules, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses or other lawful safeguards. By using Artemis, you agree to these transfers.

9. Cookies & Preferences

Essential cookies keep your session secure. Analytics cookies measure feature adoption. Marketing cookies appear only when you opt into partner programs. Manage your choices anytime at /cookies.

10. Changes & Contact

We update this notice when we launch new features, change processors, or respond to regulations. We will post the new date below and notify you in-app or by email when changes are material. Contact privacy@artemisagents.com with any questions.
