📜 Artemis Terms & Conditions

These terms explain how Artemis works, how you earn, and what we expect from each other. We keep the language plain, but this is still a binding agreement between you and Artemis Labs, Inc. ("Artemis," "we," or "us").

1. Our Services

Artemis equips you with Shareables, Smart Messages, referral tracking, and payout tooling so you can earn from your everyday communication. Shareables provide ready-to-send content; Smart Messages help you schedule campaigns; dashboards show referral tiers, analytics, and balances; and the payout center distributes earnings through verified partners.

2. Eligibility & Accounts

  • You must be at least 18 (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and able to enter contracts.
  • You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, including tax and payout details.
  • You agree to keep your credentials secure and to notify us of any suspected misuse.

3. Membership, Fees & Payouts

  • Subscription pricing and any platform percentage are shown inside your dashboard before you confirm payment.
  • Payouts run weekly once you meet the minimum balance displayed in your payout settings. We currently support Stripe, PayPal, and approved crypto rails. Processor fees, currency conversion costs, and clawbacks (for refunds or fraud) may reduce your final payout.
  • You are solely responsible for complying with your local tax rules. We may request tax forms or issue summaries when required.

4. Referral & Earnings Program

Artemis tracks conversions tied to your Shareables and Smart Messages. When a subscription or qualified purchase completes, you earn the direct referral share displayed in your dashboard plus, where applicable, four levels of community participation (currently 10% / 5% / 2% / 1% of the Artemis platform share). Rates may change with notice, and only cleared, non-fraudulent transactions are eligible.

Illustrative earnings or calculators are projections only. Your results vary based on activity, network quality, and retention.

5. Acceptable Use

  • No spam, unlawful messaging, deceptive content, or harassment. Follow disclosure rules when your jurisdiction requires them.
  • Do not use Artemis to promote illegal or high-risk offers. We reserve the right to remove content or terminate access when activity threatens user safety, compliance, or our reputation.
  • Respect recipients who opt out of Smart Messages, and comply with regional messaging laws (e.g., TCPA, GDPR, CASL).

6. Privacy, Data & Retention

We collect account details, message performance, referral metadata, device security logs, and billing records to run Artemis. We retain this data while your account is active and up to seven years after closure for compliance purposes. We do not upload your address book without consent. Processors that help us operate include Stripe (payments), cloud hosting providers in the United States, analytics, and support tooling. 7. Security

We implement encryption, network monitoring, role-based access controls, and regular reviews. You agree to use strong passwords, enable multi-factor authentication when available, and notify us immediately of suspected compromise.

8. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

  • Artemis provides the platform "as is." We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, future features, or specific earnings.
  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, consequential, special, or exemplary damages. Our total liability is limited to the greater of amounts you paid to Artemis in the preceding six months or $100.

9. Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts for policy violations, suspected fraud, or non-payment. You may cancel anytime from your settings; outstanding payouts will be processed per our normal schedule minus applicable fees or clawbacks.

10. Governing Law & Disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA. Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in Los Angeles County, California, on an individual basis. No class actions or jury trials. Contact support@artemisagents.com before escalating a dispute.

11. Changes

We may update these terms as the product evolves. We will post the new date below and notify you in-app or by email when changes are material. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated terms.
